“this property is located right on the St John River so if you have a boat or jetski this is a perfect location. they offer boat slip for overnight stay in the water. overall the hotel was nice and neat. would recommend.”

“Room was clean but shower had mold in the typical caulking areas. Breakfast was disappointing, not enough food for guests. Ran out of eggs and coffee as well as the orange juice having a slight orange color and tasting like water. Took so long to replenish the breakfast items, we left to go somewhere else.”
